Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on wristwatches within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• The watch must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
• Any tampered, worn, or damaged watches will not be accepted.
• Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required for processing the return.
Return Process
1. Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact our customer support team at [support@vostokamphibia.com] to initiate the return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
3. Ship the Item: Please securely package the item in its original packaging and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved:
• A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrect.
• In some cases, refunds may take additional time to reflect on your account due to your payment provider’s processing times.
Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@vostokamphibia.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may ask for photos of the defect to expedite the process. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
• For defective or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
